We are thrilled to share that our first-ever Taste of Made in NYC (presented by the Brooklyn Navy Yard) was a tremendous success, and kicked off our 60th anniversary celebration in a spectacular way!

On May 18th, the Brooklyn Navy Yard buzzed as we welcomed nearly 400 attendees, including community partners and NYC elected officials, to support local makers.

We showcased 42 incredible local makers, including 20 BIPOC-owned and 28 woman-owned businesses. Your enthusiasm brought our community together and highlighted the vibrant spirit of Made in NYC—a long-standing initiative of the Pratt Center for Community Development.
