Kirsten Richert

Kirsten Richert is the CEO of Richert Innovation Consulting, a firm that helps leaders with strategic planning, product and service innovation, and organizational development. As the former Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Pearson, she oversaw the creation of breakthrough “digital-first” K-12 curriculum and acted as a corporate on-call innovation coach for their next-generation projects. In addition to her consulting practice, Kirsten teaches courses in ‘Design Thinking and Communication’ and ‘Innovation on Demand.’ at Pratt.

Kirsten received her undergraduate degree in Social Science from Hampshire College, her master’s degree in Education from Teacher’s College at Columbia University, and her training in innovation and facilitation methods from SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking) and ToP (Technology of Participation).
