The Green Agenda For Jackson Heights

Report  |  November 1, 2010

The Green Agenda is a plan crafted by the people of Jackson Heights to address their ecological, economic, and social concerns. From November to March 2010, Pratt Center helped facilitate a community visioning process, bringing together over 400 Jackson Heights residents to imagine a greener and more inclusive neighborhood. This plan documents the participants’ goals and strategies for an equitable community, green spaces, green mobility, affordable green housing, green solutions to trash, health and safety, and employment and economy.
