Addison is a Program Manager at the Pratt Center for Community Development working on the EnergyFit NYC program, an innovative model for increasing the uptake of energy efficiency retrofits in small homes across New York City
Prior to Pratt Center, Addison worked as an urban planner for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development leading the Bedford-Stuyvesant Housing Plan where he designed and facilitated community engagement processes leading the production of new affordable housing and neighborhood based strategies to improve housing conditions for homeowners and tenants in need. Addison also has experience working in farming and carpentry.
Addison has an M.S in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute’s Graduate Center for Planning and the Environment, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida. He lives on the Upper West Side where he can’t get enough of the iconic architecture, world-class parks and museums, and the 2:1 dog to human ratio.
