Join Retrofit NYC Block by Block and New York City Councilmember Debi Rose for a special event to find out how to bring resources to buildings throughout Staten Island to benefit residents and businesses alike.  This special event will teach local leaders what can be gained by and how to engage community members in reducing wasted energy, improving the health and comfort of your home and creating green jobs.
