Managing Lean and Green - Green Operations and Maintenance

Event on March 4, 2011

Greening operations and maintenance in your buildings can lower your operating costs, improve the health of staff and residents, and create a more comfortable living environment. It is a crucial step for any building – especially those that have recently undergone weatherization. Join us to hear from a manager who has made green cleaning products the norm and improved their energy management, an instructor who leads energy efficiency training workshops for superintendents and an expert on how improved air quality can improve tenant and staff health.

Confirmed Presenters:

  • Ed Rogers, Corporate Vice President, Phipps Houses Services, Inc.
  • Charlie Fritsch, Manager, Energy Management Training Center at the Association for Energy Affordability
  • Yianice Hernandez, Senior Program Director, Enterprise Green Communities
